The Ohio School Facilities Commission has awarded the South-Western City Schools project to Ruscilli Construction! This project consists of 31 buildings including new facilities and renovations, all of which are subject to bond issue approval.

Homewood Suites – Olentangy River Road Ruscilli Construction has been awarded the new Homewood Suites hotel located on Olentangy River Road. This project includes 126 suites, meeting areas and an outdoor pool. Construction is scheduled to begin late 2007 with completion in January of 2009.

Heartland Alliance Church The Design/Build team of Ruscilli Construction and Rogers Krajnak Architects has been awarded a project for Heartland Alliance Church in Mt. Gilead, Ohio. The initial phase will include a new sanctuary. The design process will begin in August/September and construction is scheduled to begin during summer of 2008.

Glimcher Realty Trust – Ashland Town Center Redevelopment Phases 1 & 2 Ruscilli Construction was selected for both phases on this mall redevelopment project in Ashland, Kentucky. Phase 1 of this project will begin August 20 and includes the demolition of an existing Wal-Mart and building a new pad for a JC Penny’s. Phase 2 will begin in January 2008 and includes the renovation of the existing food court.

Ruscilli Construction has been selected as the General Contractor for the new Cornerstone Academy K-8 charter school. This project, located just north of New Albany, includes a large site package and 41,000 square feet of gymnasium, cafeteria, classrooms and special education areas.
