Ruscilli Construction has been selected to oversee 45+ affordable housing lobby renovations located in 15 states. The project will begin March 2012 and the work will be completed over the next 24 months.

Ruscilli Construction has been selected as the General Contractor for the new White Castle Bakery in Cincinnati. This will be our second project with White Castle. Once Completed, this new facility will produce over 1,000,000 White Castle buns per day. The project will start August 15 and will complete in mid January.

Ruscilli Construction has been selected as the general contractor for Lakeside Tower, an affordable housing project. This is an occupied building that will receive a complete renovation. This project is located just outside Detroit, Michigan and is scheduled to begin Spring 2012.

The Ruscilli Construction and M+A Architects Design/Build team has been selected to design and construct the 15,000 20,000 square foot expansion and renovation of St. Vincent Family Center. St. Vincent provides behavioral health prevention, intervention and treatment services to underprivileged children and families in Ohio. Design will begin this summer and construction is expected to start this winter.
