Ruscilli Construction has been selected by National Church Residences as the General Contractor for the Commons at Livingston. This project will provide 50 new residential units for the less fortunate in central Ohio and is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2010.

Ruscilli Construction has been selected as the General Contractor for the Scioto Country Club Phase 1 Renovation and Addition. This project includes an upgrade to the existing mechanical system, renovations to the existing dining areas and the addition of a new terrace.
Preconstruction will begin immediately with construction starting February 2010.

Ruscilli Construction has been selected by National Church Residences as the general contractor for the Kiwanis Village Senior Housing facility renovation located in Findlay, Ohio. We are pleased to be working with their architect, Berardi + Partners, once again. This project is scheduled to begin Spring 2010 and will include multiple small additions, the renovation of 45 senior residential units and various site improvements. This phased work will be completed while the building is partially occupied.

Ruscilli Construction has been selected by National Church Residences as the general contractor for the Lincoln Gardens Senior Housing facility renovation located in Columbus, Ohio. We are pleased to be working with Berardi + Partners once again. This project is scheduled to begin Spring 2010 and will include the renovation of 100 senior residential units and various site improvements. This phased work will be completed while the buildings are partially occupied.

Ruscilli Construction has been selected as the general contractor for National Church Residences' Hopeton Village in Chillicothe, Ohio.
This renovation project is being financed through a new HUD program focused on updating existing affordable housing for seniors. This will be the first project for this HUD program. The scope of work includes a new kitchen expansion and the renovation of 34 individual dwellings from independent living units to skilled nursing units.
The project will start in the Winter of 2009/2010 and will be completed next Fall.
