Ruscilli Construction Co., Inc. originated as a specialty contractor and has since evolved into a full-service organization offering in-house preconstruction, program management, construction management, design/build, general contracting, trades contracting, and construction consultation services. This is supported with state-of-the-art estimating, value engineering, scheduling and information processing technology. The firm was organized in 1945 by Louis G. Ruscilli, Jr., who was shortly joined in the company by his father, Louis Ruscilli, Sr. The firm was incorporated in Ohio in 1959. The company moved to its current location in the ArlingGate Corporate/Business Park in 1977. L. Jack Ruscilli, the firm's Chairman, introduced the company and its clients to the design/build concept of construction in 1967. As a result, Ruscilli Construction Co., Inc. has grown from a small trade contractor to one of the largest full service construction firms in the Midwestern United States. Ruscilli operates its own crews in the operating engineer, concrete, masonry, millwright, ironwork and carpentry trades with appropriate labor support for each. firm also operates its own carpentry shop, equipment repair shop and sheet metal fabrication facilities.In addition, Ruscilli Construction Co., Inc. is one of the nation's oldest and largest pre-engineered building systems dealer nationally. As a result, Ruscilli has erected over 40,000,000 square feet of pre-engineered steel throughout the United States. During the 1980's, the firm experienced dramatic growth serving the institutional, K-12 and higher education markets. As a result, management drafted The Ruscilli Way to ensure all associates understood the company's core values. To this day, The Ruscilli Way is the doctrine which governs the company and is visible throughout every job site as a reminder of the characteristics exemplified by and expected of all associates. Now in its 4th generation of family ownership, the company continues to flourish under the leadership of Robert A. Ruscilli, Jr. (Tony), President and Louis V. Ruscilli, Chief Executive Officer.
