Upon selection of Ruscilli as your Construction Manager, our initial activity will consist of weekly project team meetings. We request that the Architect and Owner designate Project Representatives with decision-making authority to attend these meetings. The purpose of these meetings will be to conduct a team building session and to address the initial planning and strategy for the execution of the project. As Construction Manager, we provide estimating and scheduling services to assist the Architect and Owner in the decision-making process throughout design and construction.
Progress Reports are typically performed on a monthly basis and forwarded to the Owner and Architect. Although Progress Reports are custom-tailored to meet the Owner’s requirements, the reports generally include contract status, contract awards, submittal register, schedule, financial details, value engineering and photographs.
