The Benchmark apartment complex was designed for the “Young Professional”. It is located near the intersection of Kenny and Henderson Roads in Columbus, Ohio. This project consisted of 108 dwelling units containing one, two, and three-bedroom units spread throughout nine separate three story wood-framed buildings. The scope of work also included a community clubhouse, fitness loft and an in-ground pool and patio area.
