Our organization has successfully completed a multitude of projects of various size and scope during the past twenty years. Often times the client has hired Ruscilli to participate during the pre-construction or design phase prior to construction. Our process has evolved over the years to the point of developing a fully staffed Preconstruction Department led by a full-time Vice President of Preconstruction Services. We then assign Preconstruction Managers to be responsible for specific projects.
