This project included programming, space planning and pre-construction for the Surgical Outpatient wing, and it consisted of four new state-of-the-art surgery suites, preparatory suites, recovery suites, cardiopulmonary and cardiorehabilitative areas, outpatient clinics and ambulatory surgery care areas. A second phase connected the Central Utility Plant to the main hospital building via an underground tunnel. Ruscilli also completed a Medical Office Building with physicians’ offices, surgical suites, administrative areas and waiting areas.
