Ruscilli constructed the original 97,000 square foot three-phase co-educational college-preparatory private school including three gymnasiums, cafeteria, classrooms, administrative offices, tennis courts, fine-arts wing, science laboratories, computer laboratories, soccer fields, courtyard, music hall and library for both middle and upper schools.
Wellington has again choosen Ruscilli to perform preconstruction and construction services for the multiphase renovation and expansion that will dramatically change the existing school.
Phase I – This phase includes a 12,500 square foot kitchen and dining hall addition to the private school.
Additional Phases – Work consists of new two-story academic wing, tennis courts, soccer stadium and renovation of the auditorium and library. The existing lower school will be demolished and transformed into ball fields. For the academic wing, 115,000 square feet of classroom space will be added. When completed, the entire school will have been renovated or rebuilt, all while the school continues to operate. Ruscilli was selected because of our experience in phased
construction, renovating occupied facilities and site management.
