This project for a national food wholesaler consisted of a 200,000 square foot high-bay Distribution Center. The facility contains 112,000 square feet of dry storage area, as well as 84,000 square feet of cold storage space maintained at a constant temperature of 35 degrees to preserve perishable foods. The building also features 9,000 square feet of office space, 31 truck loading docks and flow-through racks accommodating nearly 17,000 pallet positions.
