The new corporate headquarters for Safe Auto Insurance is now located near Easton Town Center along I-270 on a 7.5 acre site. This new 166,000 square foot, four story building with underground parking includes a brick, cast stone and curtainwall exterior skin. There is a large protruding fiberglass cornice at the main roof and decorative fiberglass columns at the fourth floor. The structural frame is structural steel with composite concrete decks. The building contains a full service kitchen and cafeteria for employees on the first floor with several cafes on the upper floors. The main interior feature is a two-story rotunda including stone floor, wood wall paneling and decorative steel railings. A large portion of the office area includes systems furniture, with private offices and conference rooms at the cores. The fourth floor executive offices feature stone floors, wood wall paneling, glass partitions and coffered ceilings. There is a balcony between the executive offices. Additional on-grade parking is provided around the building.
