Ruscilli Construction was selected by Skybus Airlines, Inc. to perform construction services for their new Headquarters Offices and Operation Control Center located near Port Columbus International Airport. The 20,000 square foot existing space was transformed into the corporate offices for this startup airline. The project includes offices, conference rooms, new restrooms and the Operation Control Center, which tracks all airline activities. In addition, Ruscilli also performed tenant improvement services for Skybus’s 4,500 square foot Airfield Maintenance Office including offices, brake room and meeting space. This extensive tenant improvement undertaking involved a very tight schedule that included two shift work schedules.
