This 21,000 square foot urban redevelopment project is located at the northeast corner of Cleveland Avenue and 11th Avenue in the Greater Linden area in Columbus. This revitalization project included construction of a two-story retail and office mixed-use building.
The Clarence D. Lumpkin Point of Pride project serves as the corporate headquarters of the Greater Linden Development Corporation, a private non-profit community development organization supported by the City of Columbus. Other tenants include Nationwide Insurance, Subway restaurant, and a sports footwear retail shop.
