Ruscilli managed the design and construction of the last two facilities for Pharmaforce, Inc. – its 20,000 square foot headquarters and R & D facility and its 39,000 square foot Sterile Manufacturing Facility. Ruscilli’s pre-construction and construction teams converted the client’s program requirements into efficient and cost-effective projects that meet local, state, and federal regulations for producing drugs. These modern facilities house scientists who are developing new pharmaceutical drugs. In addition to the administrative and technical offices, the buildings include Analystical Wet Chemistry, Microbiology, and High Potency Compounding laboratories which produce sterile solutions and suspensions for parenteral and ophthalmic products, utilizing aseptic liquids, lyophilization, and terminal sterilization processes. The manufacturing area includes 4,000 square feet of classified sterile core with Class 10,000 and Class 100 Clean Room Areas.
