This 90,000 square foot award-winning office and laboratory complex was completed in 17 months (versus the owner’s projected 36-month schedule) and $100,000 under budget. The facility performs basic research and initial production for consumer soap-softener concentrates, fatty acids, fatty alcohols, plasticizers for vinyl-based consumer products such as food wraps, wall covering and luggage, and a low-irritant base for shampoos, soaps and cosmetic creams. The attractive facility was named “Laboratory of the Year” by Industrial Research and Development magazine.
