Ruscilli was selected by the Parish and Diocese to serve as general contractor for the renovation and expansion of Immaculate Conception Catholic School. This three-phase project, located in Clintonville, offered many significant challenges, such as: 1) the existing facility is located on a tight urban site, 2) the classroom renovations were completed during the summer months in time for use the following school year, 3) the additions occurred while class was in session, requiring strict safety requirements for the students, and 4) public relations with the neighboring community were a major concern. Because of the team’s superior planning and communication efforts, this project was under budget and within schedule while earning team praise by parishioners and neighbors.
