The project included the renovation of the two-story education wing/administration offices including a new pitched roof, new exterior brick, new windows, a three-level elevator and other interior modifications. A new fellowship hall, attached full-service kitchen and expanded entry tie into the existing church and education wing. The downtown area location with no available staging area required Ruscilli to creatively work with the church and the church’s neighbors to provide minimal disruption during construction.
