Ruscilli was selected to provide construction services for the renovation of the historic Seneca Hotel located in the near east downtown area of Columbus, Ohio. Campus Apartments, Inc. developed plans to convert this original hotel built in 1917 into 76 residential apartments and retail space. Originally designed by nationally renowned Ohio architect Frank Packard in a Jacobean style, the 10-story 136,500 sq. ft. structure was once one of the finest hotels in Columbus. A plan was created with the City of Columbus and historical preservationists to maintain the historic look and character during redevelopment.
