Ruscilli performed preconstruction and construction services including the conversion of 29 hotel rooms into 8 residential condominium units. The condominiums consist of 7 garden units and one town home. These units all feature custom cabinetry with granite countertops and are well appointed. Also, one office condominium unit was added above the proposed carport. Great care was taken to maintain the character of the Inn and surrounding area.
