Ruscilli was selected to redevelop the historic northeast corner of Broad Street and High Street in downtown Columbus into a new mixed-use development. The five condemned buildings were converted into class-A office space, retail space, news studio for channel WCMH-TV (4) and “8 on the Square” luxury condominiums. Ruscilli’s team was selected to lead the design, preconstruction and construction efforts. This high-profile project required multi-faceted schedules, high-level finishes and “postage stamp” site management.
