Ruscilli performed preconstruction and construction services for this 54-unit condominium project located in downtown Columbus. The 8-story project included the demolition of an existing 2-story building, barricading and shoring of the adjacent streets and neighboring buildings. Parking needs are met with multiple hydraulic car stacking lifts designed to accommodate 3 cars per lift. Ruscilli’s preconstruction group partnered with the owner and architect to optimize the design and keep the project on budget while maintaining high-level finishes.
