Located at 106 North High Street, this adaptive re-use project located in downtown Columbus was fully designed and bid prior to Ruscilli’s involvement. When the bids came in over budget, the owner turned to Ruscilli to assist the existing team in bringing the project back within budget. Ruscilli’s preconstruction group worked extensively with the owner and architect to analyze the existing design and develop multiple cost saving options. The Lofts at 106 includes 54 lofts, a 9-story light well, and lower level parking.
