Ruscilli was selected by Metropolitan Holdings to assist in the preconstruction and construction of this 20-unit condominium project. The urban infill project offers an Art Deco design and was constructed in the middle of an existing, very established neighborhood environment. The coordination of deliveries while minimizing the impact to the local neighborhood was a paramount focus.
