This project included preconstruction and construction services for six new 4-bedroom villas, including demolition and removal of four existing 4-bedroom villas. Two of the villas are complete with full basements and a connecting tunnel, which will be primarily used during the annual Memorial tournament. Additionally, significant renovations were made to the Lakeside Halfway House.
