This project included preconstruction and construction of a 37,000 square foot mixed-use building - 7,000 square feet office and 30,000 square feet retail. In addition, demolition of the existing building and extensive sitework was completed in preparation of the building slab and parking area. Tenants include Tim Horton’s, Noodles Restaurant, Qdoba, Verizon Wireless Mattress Factory, and many more.
