Ruscilli Construction Co., Inc. was selected by Glimcher Realty Trust to perform partial redevelopment improvements for the 441,491 square foot Ashland Town Center Mall as a three-phased project. Phase one included the complete demolition of a 110,000 square foot Wal-Mart Store and site improvements to a pad-ready site for a JCPenny Store. The first phase also included site lighting modifications and utility extensions. The second phase of the project included the complete removal and replacement of tile in the food court and primary concourse. Additional work included partial roof renovations and complete bathroom demolition and rebuild of new bathrooms. The renovated open spaces became new retail build-out and a new food court. Other renovation work included additional interior modifications to a secondary corridor that is future tenant space. The third phase was comprised of complete floor upgrades, partial ceiling improvements, and interior finish work. In addition, Phase Three also included exterior improvements and entrance upgrades.
