National Church Residences, a non-profit organization that provides quality residential housing at affordable pricing, commissioned Ruscilli to build the Senior Residential Facility in Westerville, Ohio. The two level, 28,000 square foot building includes market rate and Section Eight senior dwelling units. The 30 unit facility is situated on the existing NCR Ravines property near Hoover Reservoir.
