This addition and renovation to Canterbury Court, a senior housing facility owned and operated by Episcopal Retirement Homes, is located in West Carrolton, Ohio. The project consisted of a new 2,000 square foot commons area addition and renovation improvements that included a new full-service kitchen, wellness and exercise area, new greenhouse and additional parking lot and site improvements.
