Ruscilli has worked with the Tosoh Corporaton on more than one occation. Most recently an addition was completed for the TOSOH Bioscience division which relocated from California. This 27,000 square foot warehouse addition to an existing facility includes 4,000 square feet of office space. The warehouse includes a receiving/shipping area with 5 dock doors, a wash down bay and approximately 1,200 square feet of refrigerated storage space. The exterior skin is load bearing masonry to match the existing structure with an expandable end wall for future expansion. Tosoh S.M.D. retained Ruscilli to provide design and construction management for both phases of this 218,000 square foot office and manufacturing headquarters in Grove City, Ohio. The facility manufactures ultra thin films used within the microprocessing industry. It is one of the first process manufacturing facilities in the United States to use “Focused Factory” concepts in design and construction.
