This 283,000 square foot manufacturing complex offers state-of-the-art manufacturing technology including super flat floors to support precision grinding machines, cranes, conveyers, paint shops and executive office space. To expedite occupancy, this design-build project required a “fast-track” approach and was constructed in 11 months.
