This project included preconstruction and construction of a multi-story, 37,000 square foot mixed-use building including 7,000 square feet office and 30,000 square feet retail. In addition, demolition of the existing building and extensive site work was completed in preparation of the new building and parking area. Tenants include Oak Hill Bank, Tim Horton’s, Noodles & Company, Verizon Wireless, and Mattress Factory.
