The Rock City Church Polaris Campus is Ruscilli Construction’s second major expansion for the growing multi-campus church, delivering a new 160,000sf facility with a construction value of approximately $60 million. The building is anchored by a 2,500- seat worship auditorium and a large, welcoming grand lobby featuring concessions and informal seating areas. Additional spaces include classrooms, educational environments, and administrative offices designed to support large-scale worship services, ministry programming, and daily operations.

The project scope also included a significant site expansion with approximately 1,800 new parking spaces to accommodate increased attendance. In parallel with the church expansion, a new addition for Tree of Life Christian Schools was developed on the same campus, providing classrooms, administrative offices, and interactive learning spaces that support the school’s continued growth and shared-campus vision.
