Ruscilli Construction and Redwood Housing partnered to perform comprehensive renovations of the existing Melrose Village Apartments multifamily residential community consisting of 6, two-story buildings with 106 apartment units, including upgrades to the building exteriors, interiors, and site/amenity improvements. The multi-phased project is scheduled to be completed in December 2023. The project was funded through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
