The Commons at Livingston is a 48,500 square foot permanent, supportive housing apartment building for low-income and formerly homeless veterans.
Phase I
The three-story building in east Columbus consists of 50 one-bedroom apartment units and includes a community room, computer resource room, 24-hour staffed entry, meeting room for residentservices, and interior/exterior security cameras. The project achieved LEED® Gold Certification.
Phase II
Included 50 additional units providing a total of 100 permanent supportive housing apartments.
