Ruscilli was selected to construct the new Hampton Inn & Suites, a 76,000sf, four-story hospitality facility featuring 114 guest rooms. Designed to provide a high-quality lodging experience for business and leisure travelers, the hotel combines durable construction materials with modern amenities to support long-term operational performance and guest comfort.

The structure was constructed using structural masonry walls and precast concrete floor systems, complemented by a brick veneer exterior with EIFS cornices, aluminum windows, and a TPO roofing system. Guest amenities include a welcoming breakfast area, fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and business center, creating a full-service hospitality environment.
