The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Columbus, Ohio, adjacent to The Ohio State University campus. The project began with the demolition and removal of the existing University Inn, clearing the site for development of a modern hospitality facility designed to serve university visitors, business travelers, and guests visiting the vibrant North Columbus market. The completed hotel provides 165 guest rooms and suites in a contemporary lodging environment with convenient access to The Ohio State University, downtown Columbus, and major transportation corridors.

The 91,000sf facility includes a variety of guest amenities designed to enhance comfort and convenience, including an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, meeting rooms, and spacious suite accommodations. Through careful site redevelopment, demolition, and new construction, Ruscilli transformed the former hotel property into a modern Marriott-branded destination that supports both short-term and extended-stay guests while contributing to the continued growth of the university district and surrounding community.
