Ruscilli completed a comprehensive multi-phase renovation of the Residence Inn at Easton by Marriott, an extended-stay hospitality facility located within the Easton Town Center district of Columbus, Ohio. The renovation was carefully planned and executed to allow portions of the hotel to remain operational throughout construction, minimizing disruption to guests while maintaining the owner’s ongoing business operations. The phased approach included two hotel buildings containing 60 guest suites each, as well as a central gatehouse housing the dining area, fitness center, and meeting facilities.

The scope of work included replacement of all carpeting and wall coverings, repainting of walls and ceilings throughout the property, repair and replacement of damaged flooring materials and tile finishes, and complete furniture replacement. Through detailed phasing, logistics planning, and coordination with hotel operations staff, Ruscilli successfully modernized the facility while maintaining a safe and functional environment for guests and staff.
