City of Grandview | Municipal Buildings
Grandview Heights, Ohio
The project consisted of the construction of two new facilities for the City. This included an approximately 34,000sf facility housing the City’s Fire/EMS Department, Police Department, Council Chambers, and Administrative Offices (the “F/EPAS” facility), as well as a new 5,000sf Parks and Recreation facility, known as the New Grandview Center.
The New Grandview Center features a pavilion‑style structure that supports Parks and Recreation staff operations while also providing flexible space for public recreational programming and community gatherings. The open, highly visible pavilion serves as a welcoming focal point within the park setting and reinforces the City’s investment in accessible, multi‑use public amenities.
The overall scope of work also included required abatement and demolition activities
to remove existing buildings located on the planned sites.
