The project features 44 high-end condominium residences above 4,000sf of retail space, creating an active connection to one of the city’s most dynamic entertainment and cultural districts. Ruscilli worked closely with the owner and design team during preconstruction and construction to deliver a high-quality residential development while maintaining strict budget requirements. The building includes a 49-space parking garage and offers residents convenient access to the restaurants, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife that define the Short North neighborhood.
