Industry Columbus is a uniquely designed six story mixed use development located in the fast growing Discovery Arts District of Downtown Columbus. Ruscilli was selected to build the project, which includes 234 market rate apartments featuring a mix of studio, one bedroom, and two-bedroom units ranging from approximately 550 to 1,115sf. Ground level retail space is integrated into the building to support neighborhood activation and mixed-use density.

The building is organized around a two-story cast in place concrete parking podium with wood framed residential construction above, creating a distinctive stair stepped façade at the main entry. A fourth-floor rooftop amenity deck provides residents with a pool, fitness center, yoga studio, lounge, and additional shared spaces. The project combines residential density, structured parking, retail, and elevated amenities to support an active, urban living environment in downtown Columbus.
