Liberty Center Buildings C and H are two adjacent five story mixed use residential developments located within the Liberty Center district in Mason, Ohio. Building C comprises approximately 116,000sf and includes 89 market rate apartment units, while Building H totals roughly 210,000sf and delivers 151 market rate apartment units, significantly expanding residential density within the mixed use master planned environment.
Both buildings feature covered parking and multiple retail spaces at the ground level, enhancing walkability and street activation throughout Liberty Center. Each structure is built over an elevated post tensioned concrete transfer slab at the first floor, supporting four levels of wood framed residential construction above. Together, Buildings C and H integrate residential, retail, and structured parking to support Liberty Center’s live work play character while delivering efficient, mid rise multifamily construction.
