Ruscilli Construction was selected as the Construction Manager for a comprehensive capital improvements program for Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools, centered on the construction of a new 500,000sf Gahanna Lincoln High School. Designed to support approximately 2,800 students, the three-story facility creates a modern, student-focused environment that brings academic, arts, and athletic programs together under one roof, featuring 130 classrooms, flexible and collaborative learning spaces, a performing arts center, an athletics complex with fieldhouse, and distributed dining and shared commons areas that enhance daily student interaction and engagement.

The program also included targeted additions and renovations at High Point and Blacklick Elementary Schools and three middle schools to address district-wide enrollment growth, providing new general, art, and music classrooms, expanded cafeterias, specialized education spaces, and enhanced administrative areas.

Additional site improvements included the construction of new athletic fields and supporting facilities across the district, creating a cohesive, future-ready educational system aligned with the district’s long-term master facilities plan and community investment in modern, flexible learning environments.
