Ruscilli served as Construction Manager for the Worthington City Schools High Schools Phase 2 Master Facilities Program, a $185M initiative encompassing approximately 300,000sf of major additions and renovations at both Thomas Worthington High School and Worthington Kilbourne High School.
At Thomas Worthington High School, the project delivered substantial enhancements including the replacement of the fieldhouse and natatorium, a new turf practice field, renovated interior athletic spaces, and a large academic addition that redefines the front of the campus. New student-centered features such as a main entry with courtyard, a performing arts theater and black box space, and modernized administrative areas create a more welcoming, connected, and engaging environment for students and the community.
At Worthington Kilbourne High School, improvements focused on modernizing and enhancing existing spaces through renovated classrooms, upgraded athletic areas, new concession facilities, and turf field improvements. Comprehensive replacement of HVAC and MEP systems across the facility improves indoor comfort, energy efficiency, and long-term building performance while supporting a healthier learning environment.
Together, these upgrades unify both campuses with flexible, future-ready learning spaces that support academics, athletics, and the arts, while providing durable, high-performing facilities designed to meet the evolving needs of students, staff, and the surrounding community for years to come.
