Ruscilli provided construction management services for the South-Western City Schools Middle Schools Program, a comprehensive initiative to replace two aging middle school facilities with two new, modern campuses designed to support approximately 800 students each. The project included the abatement and demolition of the existing schools and the ground-up construction of new middle schools, creating purpose-built learning environments that enhance student experience through flexible classroom layouts, improved circulation, and spaces that support both academic and collaborative learning.

Each new facility was designed to support student wellness and engagement with the addition of new athletic amenities, including track and football field complexes that expand opportunities for physical activity and extracurricular participation. The program also prioritized high-performance building systems, energy efficiency, and durable materials to reduce long-term operating costs and provide sustainable, low-maintenance facilities.
