4 Forty North Apartments is a large scale, mixed use multifamily development. The project features approximately 400,000sf of residential and mixed-use space organized into a five-story apartment building constructed with a combination of Type III and Type V construction over a two-level cast in place concrete parking garage. The development delivers 230 apartment units above the garage, along with 17 townhouse units that wrap the podium and enhance the pedestrian edge of the site.
