100 North High Street Apartments is a new 15 story mixed use residential development located in the heart of downtown Columbus. The project includes 152 residential units, ground level retail space, and a 350-space structured parking garage, contributing to the density and activation of one of the city’s most visible urban corridors.
The building is organized with an eight-story cast in place concrete podium supporting nine levels of residential construction above and features a rooftop pool and amenity space overlooking the downtown skyline. Construction is being executed on a tight urban site with complex logistics, requiring careful coordination to minimize disruption while delivering a high-rise residential project in a dense downtown environment.
