Industry Indianapolis is a market rate, mixed-use, multifamily development located in downtown Indianapolis. Charles Street Investment Partners selected Ruscilli Construction to deliver the 13-story, mixed-use residential tower, which is organized around a robust structural podium and designed to support high density urban living. The building includes four levels of cast in place concrete podium parking topped by nine levels of residential apartments, providing a efficient vertical urban housing solution.

Above the podium, the residential structure utilizes a Prescient metal framed system and delivers 232 apartment units supported by elevated amenity spaces, including a fifth-floor amenity deck with a pool. The project also incorporates 10,000sf of office space and 10,000sf of ground level retail shell space, contributing to the mixed-use character of the development and activating the surrounding downtown streetscape.
