Ruscilli delivered a comprehensive $24.5M, 65,000sf expansion that enhances both academic and extracurricular experiences. The project included the construction of a new addition featuring a gymnasium, elevated running track, locker rooms, kitchen, cafeteria, fitness and wellness spaces, and dedicated STEM classrooms, creating modern, student-centered environments that support a wide range of learning styles and activities.

A key component of the project was the creation of a new academic corridor that seamlessly connects the existing middle and high school buildings, improving circulation, safety, and campus cohesion while fostering greater interaction among students and staff. Upgrades to HVAC systems and lighting throughout the existing facilities enhance energy efficiency, comfort, and long-term building performance, while updated interior and exterior branding creates a cohesive identity across the campus.
