Ruscilli Construction delivered a new multi-functional building complex for the University of Findlay that consolidates student life, academic, and support services under one roof within the heart of the Findlay campus. The facility houses the Student Life Center, the College of Business, the campus bookstore, food services, student services, a mail and copy center, and a large central gathering space known as the “hangar.” The building’s configuration reinforces a newly established campus “green,” creating a strong physical and visual connection to the University Union and strengthening pedestrian circulation and campus connectivity.

Designed to foster engagement and collaboration, the Student Life Center provides comfortable interior and exterior spaces that accommodate a variety of social, academic, and co-curricular activities. The central gathering area is divided into distinct zones to support multiple program functions simultaneously, while the bookstore is planned using proven retail design strategies. The College of Business occupies the entire upper level and features a dedicated entrance, classrooms organized along an open corridor with clerestory lighting, and spaces designed to support group work and study sessions. The complex also includes full-service kitchen and dining facilities, creating a vibrant hub that serves students, faculty, and visitors alike.
