The Ohio State University Student Academic Services Building is a six story, approximately 71,000sf facility serving as the “north gateway” to the Columbus campus. The building consolidates key student facing departments previously spread across multiple locations, including Admissions, the Registrar, Financial Aid, Enrollment Services, Fees and Deposits, and Student Loan Disbursements. Designed to accommodate high daily student traffic, the facility includes service counters, advising and support spaces, offices, meeting rooms, and clear wayfinding to streamline student services and improve accessibility and operational efficiency.

Adjacent to the academic services building, the six story Lane Avenue Parking Garage was constructed as an integrated component of the north gateway development. Built with post tension, cast in place concrete, the garage provides approximately 1,400 parking spaces to support North Campus demand and student services operations. The structure features traffic coated elevated decks, three elevators, two cast in place stair towers, and a durable exterior combining stainless steel mesh, brick, and storefront elements, enhancing both functionality and the architectural character of the campus edge.
