The City of Hilliard partnered with Ruscilli Construction to transform 150 acres into The Well, a state of the art 105,000 SF recreation and wellness campus featuring lap and leisure pools, open gymnasiums, an indoor walking track, fitness and weight training areas, wellness and medical facilities operated in partnership with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, as well as community focused spaces including a senior center, classrooms, conference rooms, offices, and a public café. The southern portion of the site expands Hilliard’s outdoor athletics capacity with two synthetic turf fields, numerous seeded natural grass fields, a restroom and concessions building, and new parking to support events. This major civic investment also incorporates extensive site improvements such as roadway extensions, multi-use paths, environmental restoration of Clover Groff Run, and sustainable stormwater infrastructure, delivering a transformative community hub designed to support recreation, health, and connection for decades to come.
