Office
The Tosoh headquarters in Grove City, Ohio is a 218,000sf office and manufacturing
facility delivered in two phases to support advanced materials production. Designed
using “Focused Factory” principles, the building integrates office, production, and
support functions to create an efficient, streamlined environment for the manufacture
of ultra-thin films used in micro processing applications. The facility supports Tosoh’s
production of sputtering targets and high-purity metals utilized in semiconductor
devices, electronics, and aerospace technologies.

Press Building and Manufacturing Addition
The press building and manufacturing addition is an 82,500sf expansion to the existing
Tosoh facility designed to accommodate heavy industrial processing. The structure
features a 45-foot clear height, overhead crane systems, and specialized press and rolling
mill pits, providing the capacity and flexibility required for large-scale manufacturing
operations and materials processing.

Bio Science Addition
The bioscience addition is a one-story steel frame expansion to the existing Tosoh
manufacturing facility, designed to support precision production processes. The
addition includes three cleanroom environments, a dedicated process water system,
mechanical mezzanine, and integrated office space, creating a controlled environment
for high-purity manufacturing and specialized material applications.
